Local 9 Wench Book - need photos!

Last year I posted a message asking for photos for a Local 9 Wench History (scrapbook) and to those of you who sent photos Thank you!! (I still have them.) I'm back again this year and have honestly got this thing under construction. :D

The idea for this started because as a brand new wench last year I didn't have a clue who anyone was. :shock: The book will be sort of a Field Guide to Local 9 Wenches. It'll be kept at the Hostel during Faire season for new and visiting folks to see and for general perusal while passing time in the garden.

Each wench will have her own page in the book with a 4x6 photo (which will be removable so you can change from year to year) and whatever info you give me to put in--- likes, dislikes, quotes, where you can be found at Faire, how best to bribe you, etc. Whatever you want to say. Also it's a great place to show photos from our wench walks, stitch-n-bitches and any other fun things we do (like medieval times.)

I'm hoping to have a few pages done by the Local meeting on June 6th so you all can see what I'm planning, but to do that I need photos from you guys. I'm using what I can from the files here on Yahoo, but most of them are too small to print with good results.

Sooo...... if you've got any digital photos or regular photos you can share to get this thing started, email me and we'll work out the details. Plus you can also bring photos to the meeting and I'll work them into the album in time for Fling.

And also, I'm gonna remind everyone again to clear out any non-essential photos from our Photo Page on Yahoo-- we have a section called "The Musettes," and everyone's supposed to hve their photo in there so we know what everyone looks like.

I'll have the beginnings of the book at Celtic Fling... hopefully Betty is still OK with it living at the hostel so you all can browse and shop at the same time!!!

Wow... I am a new wench and I think its great that we have a book so I can get to know peoples faces... that way I can get to know them... That is awesome... truly cool. Where exactly can I go check this out? I just want to make sure I dont miss it! Thanks muchly!!! :D

The book was very nice...... if you want to look at the pics from Fling on Duncan's website, I'm sure if you see something there you would like to put in the book it wouldn't be a problem.... Pam (Aries) posted half for them and we both have them on our computers.
