Well.. haven't stood on a scale since last week.. I refuse.. But I have been to the gym twice now.. After last week's debate as to what jean's to wear, I decided that I was over having that debate, and went out an bought new jeans last night..

A SIZE 14!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11 WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! !

I haven't been a 14 in a couple years! I was a full 18 last year at this time, more like almost a 20.. I had to do two, TWO victory laps around WalMart.

Also.. Note to self and others....

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT go to body pump, then think you can do Yoga with the amazing fill in teacher.. NOT a good idea. WOW! I was trembling so bad, I couldn't steady.... But I could still bend!

hehehe.. I love being bendy!

Isn't that the greatest?

I dropped below Torrid sizes, then they dropped the sizes they carried. Now I've dropped below that again.

Ladies, I am a comfortable 10. Still aiming for an 8, though...

I know EXACTLY how you feel! I was a size 14 for most of my adult life... now I'm an 8!!! Wholey freholey! I think I was an 8 last when I was a sophomore in high school. And back then...I never appreciated it.

I understand that!

My Merc is lighter now than he has been the entire time I've known him--and I'm loving it! We just had his suits altered, and I went with him when he picked them up and tried then on--mraow! I'm making sure he appreciates it now...

As per LAST NIGHT and this AM..
Weight 180
Size 14

Jeans from Tim McGraw Concert are fitting nicely still, they are strechy.. So I am set there. 515 Levi's Gonna have to invest in another pair soon.. These are 16s but they are the last of the 16s I think.. I have two additional skirts that I need to pass along to a sister wench in the area. They are very cool skirts, but I just can't make them work any longer. they are 18/20s

Good job on the 8 lbs. lost! :D It is good that you set goals, especially ones that are written down. I find that if I write it down, it's almost as if you are making a contract with yourself and it has more intent to it.

Motivation:
I happend to talk to the Front Desk manager last night at my Golds and said something, I am not sure what, but it lead to her telling me of her success story. She has lost and kept off 80 lbs! WOOOHOOOO!!!

She is my new motivation. It can be done, and she is an EXCELLENT coach. She said that the trick is more cardio. So starting today, I am adding more cardio.

So far this week it has been the following:
Monday: Pilates Ball.. HATED IT!
Tuesday: Dancing
Wednesday: Yoga (LOVE IT!) I am a 12 year Yoga person. I NEED my Yoga.
Thursday: Body Pump with additional weights with Ray..

Friday: 35-40 minutes of Cardio and Dancing
Saturday: Body Pump with Ray!!
Sunday: BEACH!!
Monday: Cardio and maybe Body pump with the chick
Tuesday: Dancing
Wednesday: Cardio and Yoga
Thursday: Body Pump with Ray
Friday: Cardio and Dancing

Isn't it cool how this needed motivation can pop up when we need it most? That's awesome.

What the heck is Pilates Ball?

Hey-- are the Veena and Neena Bellydancing workout (not theinstructional ones) DVDs any good? I've been doing my step tape as my cardio, but I'd love to try something different-- and I can't figure out how to re-hook up my VCR.

They are gorgeous to watch, and they are good--I own one of them and I know the workout is a real Workout.

The best part is, at the end they show you how you can put it all together--and wow.
