Call for General Meeting

I would like to call a general meeting of Local 34.5 to help clean up
and plant flowers at the Hostel, talk about activities for the
upcoming season, and perhaps have a little Walk practice (forming
lines and interacting with the target and crowd.

Our options are June 27 (Sun), July 3 (Sat), and July 4 (Sun).
Please cast a vote on the poll. Please only vote once (this post
will also be on the Local 34 Yahoo Group). I know the first weekend
of July is a holiday, but it's one of our last options before opening
weekend.

I would like wenches to meet at the Hostel by 11 am. We will start
with planting and continue through the meeting and practice (in what
shade can be found). I would hope that we will be finished no later
than 3 pm and can continue to a group dinner nearby.

I would not be able to be there until later in the day, I am at a Girl Scout camping weekend (I'm the Director) until probably about 1:00. The good news is that I'm just NW a little bit - near Elkhorn. I will (unfortunately) be working my 2nd job 4th of July weekend.

I voted for July 3rd but any day that is chosen I will do my best to get there. I am having eye surgery on June 25th so I'm not sure how I will feel on the 27th. From everything I have heard I will probably just need to put in eyedrops every so often. :)

The poll is closed on both this thread and the Yahoo! Group thread. The general concensus is to have the meeting this Sunday, June 27. We will be starting in front of Griffin Candles. Please park in the employee parking lot and walk in.

Gardening starts at 11am. Please dress to get dirty. :) We have two gardens to do, so we'll need all the hands we can get!
The general meeting will start at 1pm. If you are only available for this, please attend!
Wench walk and singing practice will start at 2pm.
