*rofl* You just can't please 'em....

My soon-to-be-ex-husband was constantly complaining that I didn't make him garb. He has 3 cloaks and a hand-crafted, fully lined leather doublet, along with 3-4 shirts and some pants.

OK... if I never make him garb, where'd he get all that? Did the garb fairy visit him in the deep of the night?

Amen sista!

Matt used to complain about how I made garb for myself and for other people, but he never got anything new, like I made him wander around it tatters...

Are you ready:

12 pairs of pants
4 shirts
9 tunics
a houppelande
a russian coat
a kilt
4 pairs of bias cut tights
5 doublets

but he didn't have a damned thing to wear... Whatever!!
I pawed through his garb after we broke up and took back all I could get my hands on...

I don't think I'll ever understand the male mind.

I think it's toosimple for a complex creature like women to comprehend.

Just my $0.02
