Okay, I need some help here...
I have a friend who is wanting to buy her hubby some boots for faire. All they want is something basic for now. Do any of you know a good place to get boots that would come in a size 13 for men?
Thanks. :)

Unlike my bodice...the boots I got for my Rogue are black front lace moccs that he likes...resonable price and once you cut the fringe off you are all set to go...he got his in black.

I think Nevada is talking about "Minnetonka Mocassins", which are widely available via various outlets on the 'net. Just do a search on Google. Price is about $50, and make a great first pair of boots as long as you cut off the fringe. :)

They're also available through Chivalry Sports... but when I called to order some last week they were out of my size--so double check ebfore placing a 'net order.

Come to think of it, CS was out of EVERYTHING that I wanted--it was all available in a different size or color. Think someone's trying to tell me something? *grin*

Daemion -

You don't perchance have boots that *don't* go up over the knee for guys? My 13 year old has decided that he *has* to have boots but doesn't want 'buccaneer/bucket' boots -- he wants them just to the knee.

I don't want to spend a bundle because, well, he's 13 and his feet are still growing and we probably won't get more than one season out of them before he'll need new ones.

I'd be interested in a size 10 (men's).

Can you help? I'd rather give my faire $$$ to someone whose quality I know and trust....
