Foxglove n' me will be journeying down to Baltimore this Sunday to visit the Mojo room and hear some kick ass bands play (referenced in an earlier post about supporting local music).

So...I've got 2 questions...

1.)Can anybody familiar with the area tell us where we can stop for pre-show sushi?

2.) What's parking like and where would you suggest I do the parking of my adored car?

Thanks guys! :)

Back in the old days, we used to drive down to Baltimore all the time to eat at Kawasaki, on North Charles Street.

Here's their website:

It was always well worth the trip. I see also that the Kawasaki has opened a second location in Fells Point. I've never been to that one, but I have been to Fells Point lots of times, and that place ROCKS! Both Kawasaki locations are about 10 minutes from the Mojo, according to Yahoo.maps.

Thank you!! It looks awesome, my mouth is waterng already!

Now...how about the parking situation? Is it cool just to park on the street? Or do they have parking garages, does anybody know if Mojo has a parking lot???

Thanks!

I've never been to Mojo, but I used to just park on the street at Kawasaki. It was usually no problem finding a space, and the neighborhood is fine.

If you go to the Kawasaki on N. Charles St, try to sit in the tables in the front window. You have to take your shoes, and you have a great view of the action on the street.
