So, I did it. I took the dive into personal business ownership.

Actually, I did it a few weeks ago, but I've been getting things together since then. It looks like I'm going to have everything in line to get my web site up and running in a week or so. (Yea!! As soon as I get the credit card people to stop putting my money in somebody elses account . . .)

ANYHOW - I have some really spiffy rings and toe rings and I'm so excited about the whole thing I thought I'd throw a pre-web opening sale. Most of the designs are Celtic in nature, but there's a fun gypsy-ish ring and some celestial styles, too. Wench pricing ranges from $2.50-$4.00 - no charge for shipping.

The temp site is up at www.geocities.com/snailexpress/candciwgpage.html. Check it out and, if you see something you have to have, send me a PM or an email (snailexpress@WENCHES-HATE-SPAMyahoo.com) and I'll send you out the shiney thing(s) of your choosing. :) If there's something you like but I don't have the right size, let me know. Chances are I can get it. (With that, there's a neat toe ring that matches the gypsy bell ring, but I don't have it in stock yet.)

Since my credit card processing company is a little mixed up right now, I can accept payments via PayPal (less credit cards), check or money order.

Thanks all - and enjoy!

Looks good Kiza! :)

I'm not currently in the market for a new ring, but as my Home Faire gets closer (last weekend in August... *sigh*), I'll probably be looking a bit before that!

Keep us up to date on the site!

Thanks and will do!

I hope to have the "official" site set up soon. Just trying to get some things wrapped up so there will be as few bugs as possible once I'm open for business.

More styles and different types of stuff will be trickling in over the next few months, so please do check back. :D

Cpngrats! Starting a business is a HUGE project (take it fromsomeone who's been there, done that, and didn't even get a bloody t-shirt out of the deal! *grin*). I wish you only the BEST of luck--and I may be in the market for a new ring, soon... the one I wore on my right hand has since travelled to a new owner who needed it more than I did. :)

Random acts of kindness, and all that garbage. :)

Dang, you guys are killing me before faire season even starts!!!!! LOOOOOOOVVVVVE the celestial ring. Gotta go home and check to see what size I need before I order one, though. Can't remember if I need 7 or 8 (think it's 7).

Kiza, I'll PM you tonight or tomorrow about one!!

And now I have to admit that I started this business to support my fabric addiction and garb habit. Trying to save my pennies to order my husband's doublet from you! Funny thing - I sew well but can't seem to come up with a doublet I'm happy with for him. Your Duke's Doublet would look stunning on him, though!

Oh - and I'm makin' my own t-shirt. :D
