it is a powder that you add milk to (I add skim) you beat it on high for a couple mins and stick it in the fridge for like 20 mins. A box makes 4 servings.

I'll have to look for that next time I'm at Publix! I've been doing skim milk & the ghirardelli ground chocolate for hot chocolate in the afternoon (I like bittersweet/dark chocolate), but I'm always on the lookout for a new chocolate fix!

sorry to keep belaboring this but I found creme brulee too. similar nutritional information. Haven't tried it yet but I will soon.
