Has anyone else fractured there knee cap? I am wondering how long it took to heal.

sorry to hear that! I hope it heals quickly.

My physical therapist has always told me that it is "better" (read that "less bad") to damage the bones than the soft tissue. Bones heal faster & more completely is the explanation.

Thanks, I am just worried with all my other medical problems it won't heal and i will need surgery. Guess I just have to keep my fingers crossed that it does heal.
