Just got back up the mountain from being down in the valley. Had a doctors appointment. I really wish the doctor had said something about the possiblity of my having a uterine biopsy. I would have gotten someone to go with me. It seems that I am one of the small percentage that suffers from pain during this particular biopsy. Let's just say that I was heard out in the waiting room. I should find out the results in a few days. Next wednesday I go in for an ultrasound. Sigh. Long day and I am still in a bit of pain. So I am going to crawl into bed and whimper just a wee bit.

I am also one of those people that feels those biopsies... I was angry with my doc because he was amused that I felt him cut a chunk from my inner being. Needless to say I don't go to him any more.

My feeling is that it's men who say there's no pain with uterine biopsies and pap smears.

Tea and snuggles - and if your doctor doesn't listen, well, there's a lot more out there to chose from...

I feel your pain... Having had a cervical biopsy done, I have more than a clue how you're feeling.

Rest, relax and take all the time you need to recover. :grouphug:

Here's hoping that your relults come back okay...

Well, my results are at the docor's office. However, he hasn't seen them yet. And probably won't get to them until Monday because he is in surgery today and has two women currently in labor at the hospital. Sigh. Now all I have to do is get through the weekend without worrying too much. At least I am not in as much pain as I was & I quit bleeding from the biopsy.
