Hello to one and all,
I want to start by saying I am very happy to have joined the wenches guild here in Michigan.
I get many comments on my guild pin, which I wear very proudly every day.
I am a part of Local 57 and was honored to meet one of the members last year at the Michigan Ren Festival working at Sofi's Stitches. *waves at Bronwyn MacGowain*
Although with all the people she met last year I am sure she does not remember me :)
No worries though, this year I hope to meet many of you and become part of this wonderful guild alot more than I am now.
I live in the area that is home to largest walled prison (or used to be anyway). Jackson, Michigan. I have been here a great majority of my life and live very happily with my husband and son and work most sadly in banking heheeh
I got interested in all the renissance things due to an on-line game called Ultima Online. Since then I have been hooked so badly I fear I drive my poor son insane at times. *remembers watching LOTR over and over* which I know is not really the time period , but those dresses are to die for ehhehe
So hence the newbie but an oldie topic. I have been around just never knew, til I met Bronwyn , that I could be a part of the world I have grown to love so much.
Okay I have talked your ear off long enough ladies. I will now end my post :D
Be well and good travels to you all
