I think she meant the celebratory pounding of closed fists. We do that in the restaurant all the time, doesn't contaminate hands. Of course, we never call it "that".

Yes, she almost certainly was referring to the "terrorist fist jab" (© 2008, Fox News), but that word she used... I do not think it means what she thinks it means. :lol:
