Membership???

Hello, I am newly come to wench-hood, and am loving it, but I was wondering how can I become a member of this local?
I know, there was probably a FAQ page containing the answer which I seek, but I just haven't found it yet. I haven't received my official wench number yet (appearently that could take awhile), but I'm here in Ohio and would love to be a 'Wenches of all Flavors' local member.
Any help? Thanks!
