I'm trying to make the wings as seen in the bee green porno for fairie fest. I got the wire frame bent into shape. I pulled a pair of offwhite tights over them. I'm having trouble with the veiny lines that are on them. In the video they are simply paper glued on, which will not last tromping thru the fields and trees at fest. I tried using paint but it leeched and the lines wouldn't stay crisp. Any ideas?

Yeah what he said. Elmer's or maybe crayola makes a glitter glue in a variety of colors. I give you 3-d effects without the spreading. I would run a very thin line and let that dry completely then run another thin line on either side.
You could also use the 3-d fabric puffy paints that are available in craft stores.
If the paint/glue wants to leech through to the backside of the tights - try slipping some parchment or wax paper between the layers of tights to act as a barrier for the paint.

I looked at the wings. You might try using 2 different sizes of Black sharpies. The poster tip size, and a medium size. That way you could draw--with a permanent medium, that wouldn't run if caught in a sprinkle.
I use this technique with Fairy wings and butterfly wings.
