Anyone want this stuff? Here's the story. These things have been sitting in my garb closet for a couple of seasons and they're lonely. Especially the bodice, it's so pretty, just doesn't suit me. I have a few others like it that I wear all the time, this one just keeps getting passed over. It feels left out. It should go to a nice home.

The bodice... Worn two, maybe three times. Moresca, steel boned brocade. Sells new for $95.

The chemise tops... Only worn a few times, maybe 3 or 4 each. They just don't suit me anymore, they're pretty, but I'm more drawn to darker colors. Don't remember how much I paid for them. Probably no more than $40 each.

The skirt... Made it myself, cheap. Real cheap. It's just plain old cotton broadcloth, somewhat faded and discolored on the bottom, it tends to rain at NYRF. If you decide you want the other stuff, you can have the skrit for free. If you don't I'll probably turn it into something else.

Oh, the bodice is a size xxl and the chemisesare xl. They fit just about everyone (the chemises, not the bodice. The bodice has a few points that can be expanded or laced up tight. Also, adjustable at the sleeves. You can check it out on www.moresca.com if you need more info. If you want it, make me an offer, I'm hoping to get at least $40.

Thanks for indulging... now, here's the pictures.

Too bad the bodice isn't my size--I'd snap that up in a second if it was!

Lovely bodice! Do you know about what clothing size XXL corresponds to? Or the measurements? I checked the Moresca site, but couldnīt find that info...thanks!!

Well, it fits me and I'm a women's size 24, but i think it's more to fit like an 18 or a 20. I just sqeeze my big ol' self into it. This is the way it fits me. I actually have no pictures of me in that particular one, I didn't wear it enough, but this one is exactly the same.

Great!! I am a 22, but losing weight, so the bodice should work, at least for this season! I have been jonesing for new garb, just havenīt had the funds to satisfy the craving. I am definitely interested in the bodice for $40.00, and if you want to throw in the skirt, that would be cool too! From the pics, it looks like the chemises are white and pink...how much do you want for the white chemise? (I usually donīt do pink!).

Mmmm....garb...*drool*

:bananada:

P.S. Thou art a lovely wench, indeed! :)

Hi there. I noticed that nobody so far has been interested int the pink chemise. I love pink and would totally be into taking it off of your hands. What are you asking for it?

what are you shopping for Elsbeth? I've got a few things I'm trying to unload due to making them and then not wearing them.

OK then.. let me dig out the pictures and see what I've still got. I know I've got two that I was trying to unload, plus two bodices on consignment from friends and a butt load of fabric.

I'll post them in WBay.
