I was recently given 4 large bags of wool & cotton selvedges. So far, I have put a severe dent into one of the bags. This is the first time I have ever crochet. (Trust me to do a large item first time around. :roll: ) Does anyoe know of some good websites foir information on cracheting rugs? I have found a few sites, but they are mostly for selling the kits to do them. I already have a hook and a vague general idea of how to do them. I would like some more complete information. Photos of other rugs would be helpful too.

how goes the pattern search? I'll look through my library, pretty certain i have a couple pattern booklets. If i find them, you are welcome to them.

The pattern search isn't going too well. Of course it would help if my computer would behave :) and I could shake this migraine type headache. (Going on day 4) :cry:

Sorry to hear about the headache. Be greatful you're working on a large rug and not some tiny lace.
I should be able to begin the pattern search tonight. I'm just certain i have patterns for rugs & baskets.

Update.
Still looking for the Booklet. It's here somewhere, I hope.

Working on rug number 4. lol. AT least they lie flat. Still have the migraine though. Can't seem to totally shake it. Boy will I miss it when it is gone....Not.
