Add me to the list. *sigh*
I was laid off yesterday afternoon.
Granted, I'd been actively job-hunting for 2 months now as I was seriously tired of the crazy, but it would have been nice to leave on *my* schedule, not theirs. I certainly won't miss the job, but I will miss the income. I've got some accrued vacation and 3 wks severance coming, and I applied for unemployment today. It's going to be tight but I think I can get by for at least the next few months on what I'll have coming in. But any good thoughts anyone can spare would be greatly appreciated.
