If you're here, that probably means you're having trouble with something, and we're going to try and help you get through it. You will be asked a series of questions that will help you find the answer to your question, and who to speak to in the event that your question was not answered here.
We ask that you please take the time to see if your question can be answered here, instead of immediately emailing the webmistress or the Guild Scribe. We have compiled our knowledge of issues that we have received over the past 4 years, and have made every effort to set this system up so that you can find what you're looking for to save us *both* some time.
