Easy, yummy and I make mine vegan!

8oz Cream Cheese (I use Tofutti Better than Cream Cheese)
2c Powdered Sugar
2c Chocolate

Cream the sugar and cream cheese together well. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler on low heat. Pour the chocolate into the sugar mixture. Refridgerate overnight. With very cold hands roll into bite sized balls.
I like to coat mine in powdered sugar by tossing it about in a ziplock bag until evenly coated.

Simple, fast and if you use bar chocolate by Endangered Species its fabulous!
