It would be intersting to know what the dialoge between the arresting officer and Lonnie was.
His statement that he was framed and in the area pastoring to police is so full of holes, it's almost funny.
So Lonnie, let's get this straight (sorry sir, no pun intended) you say you were in the area "pastoring to police." However, the man you were talking with was undercover so you did not know he was a police officer. Also, if you were pastoring at that time, odds are you were interfering with an official police investigation. Not good timing sir.
