    Just thought I'd finally drop in.....still waiting for my "official" number, but ya'l know how long that can take!

    I'm new too and trying ever so hard to wait patiently for my number and pin and such. I can hardly contain myself with all the anticipation building up between waiting for my pin and faire getting ready to start. I'm just gald I'm not the only newbie, just makes things a little easier.

    I'd love to, but I feel ackward just showing up at someone's house I don't really know, I've printed out directions and am looking for someone to carpool with, I know it's short notice but I can make it if you'll be ther till after 5ish. I nanny for two wonderful boys saturdays and work sunday. If I can make it there while there are still people there I will definatly be there.

    You should come!! Stytch & Bytches are usually where we meet most of the newbies. It's a much less formal setting than being at faire and trying to take everything in.

    YOu don't even need to bring anything if you don't want. there will be plenty of food and fun around.

    Many of us are staying the night so we'll definitely be around.

    There are quite a few newbies showing up at different times this weekend. YOU SHOULD COME OUT!!

    Sorry, I didn't see this thread until this week, or I'd've answered you last week... No need to fear knowing no-one when you go to a SnB, that's what they're there for, meeting people!

    Anyone who thinks they're going to get more than minimal sewing accomplished at an SnB has another think coming. :)
