When do I hear about my email alias?

I purchased an email alias when I applied to be a member of the guild on May 4 and I haven't heard back about it.

I also haven't received the packet in the mail about a Guild ID and such, but I realize that takes a little longer.

I emailed the webmistress about the alias on May 31 and haven't heard anything yet. Am I doing something wrong?
