It does look like her, but I'm pretty sure it isn't. The hat is too floppy and that isn't her dragonfly leather bodice.
I would be surprised if she attend NYRF and I didn't know about it or at least somehow didn't hear her SQUEEE!

Yes, I was there and in garb but I'm pretty sure I was up near the stage (left side from the viewpoint).

I've never been to NYRF..... yet.
And if it was this past weekend, I was in Texas for TRF opening weekend!
