WTF?

A two-year-old boy was briefly banned from boarding a Turkey-bound flight in the United Arab Emirates after his name appeared on a list of wanted suspects, a newspaper reported Saturday.
Emirates Today said the boy's passport details, including the date of birth, matched those in an arrest warrant. The reason for the mix-up was not known.
"While going through the passport checking procedures to get on board, one of the officers on duty said they wanted to take Suhail," Emirates Today quoted the boy's father, Abdullah Mohamed Saleh, as saying.
"I thought he was kidding me and said 'Take him if you want'," he said. "He showed me a print-out of a document that said Suhail was wanted and there was an arrest warrant for him."
Officials said they would investigate the incident, the paper reported.

The best part would be if it was a warrant for a crime committed more than two years ago, or been years in planning. "Sir, that is a very youthful 40 year old man you have there."

3-month old baby charged with robbery!

Police charged a suspect after a bus driver was robbed of his fares, then realized the suspect was a 3-month old baby.
The boy, Parveen Kumar, had been listed along with his father on an initial charge sheet after the bus driver was robbed, police in the eastern Indian state of Bihar said Friday.
The baby had been charged with robbery, extortion and banditry, said local superintendent of police Rattan Sajai.
Though the robbery in the remote village of Muzzafarpur occurred Sept. 19, the fact that a prime suspect was an infant only came to light recently when police launched their investigation, Sanjai said.
Police blamed the bus driver, saying he reported the baby as a conspirator because of a personal grudge he had with the father.
The charges against the boy have since been dropped, Sanjai said.
