We had a person who was trying to receive an official transcript from our office. An official transcript costs five dollars. The person faxed the request, and tried to fax the money order. We just looked at it like, please, they can't be serious. We called the guy and told him, "Sorry, we can't process the request without the "actual" money order."

I'm also thinking... if this person(s) are going to take the time to try to make funny money, couldn't they think of something BETTER to buy? I mean shit... really, now... a bag of chips and cigs??
