    DAMMIT!

One of these days, I have to buy myself an IBRSC shirt. Then, one of these days, I need to go south of the equator. Closest I have been is Singapore, which as it turns out lies at 1 degree 22 minutes north. Something like 30 miles, I do believe.

Each minute is equal to 1 nautical mile. There are 60 minutes in a degree. Singapore's latitude is 82 nautical miles above the equator (94 statute miles), which is still closer than I've ever been to the equator. But not for long! When I graduate, my goal is to work in Antarctica (gotta cross the equator to get there, although I doubt they'll do shellback ceremonies on a plane.

I just stumbled across this. Taken a bunch of years ago (5 maybe?) in Ohio at a rest stop. I wore the shirt to show my Wench pride to my family. I wish I had thought to get a shot of them with me in it. lol But since it was a gathering for a family wedding, I was too hungover to think of it. We got this shot on the way home. Yep, I'm classy, pickin' that thing's nose.

I also climbed the Nohoch Mul pyramid. It's the highest pyramid in the Yucatan in Coba though I didn't take a wench picture of that one.

Sweet! I was at Chichen-Itza in September '08, but as I was on a research/personal growth trip, I wasn't able to take along my IWG shirt.

However, I will be taking it to the UK with me and will share those pics when I get home (or during the trip, if my Sprint card for my laptop works over there).

If being a twin is, as you say, tantamount to having "the perfect companion, confidant and soul mate," imagine the experience of triplicity. While fully appreciating the intimacy that twins share, we triplets often feel a bit superior in these matters. After all, we've done them one better. Don't think a picture in front of Safeway would be impressive.
