Hat band needed

I’m hoping someone here can help.
The pirate is going to wear his leather hat for the wedding that he got from Blonde Swan. The only issue is the leather band is blue. We want white. I tried emailing them last month through their website about purchasing one of the bands outside of faire, but I have not received a reply. Can anyone help? I don’t want to have to wait until the next OHRF to get one because that would be too close to the wedding. We are already worried that we might not be able to go at all next year (though I am determined we will!) I don’t think they are a vendor at KYRF otherwise I would get it there.
So what do the great wenches recommend?

If you can't get ahold of blond swan, Excalibur leather hat bands will fit the blond swan hats. Just bought a purple band at Bristol this past season to go in the hat I bought at ORF years ago.

Is it possible to use the band you have as a pattern and make your own replacement? I have seen some nice white leather and suede at Tandy's.

I can email and also call Elizabeth. They are making me a red hat with a white band, so..., I figure they should have some white left over. Which kind of hat did you get? A rogue with one side turned up? PM me and I'll help. I can get you her phone number and Elizabeths myspace email if you need it.

Elizabeth and Alex get crazy busy and sometimes emails don't get looked at quick or the server of the website files things weird. My Space is usually a good bet and I do have a phone number as well. Sorry about any delay.

Don't be afraid to use a wide satin ribbon either. I wanted a black hatband for my leather cavalier and the black satin ribbon worked nicely.
