I'd started the Diana Gabaldon books by accident (since they're classed as romance and that's a section I don't usually go to!), and found this author by accident too.
Karen Marie Moning, the books are all with "highlander" in the title. Romance for sure BUT also time travel and very hot men in kilts. Several of them are in a re-release with a promo price of $3.99 (which is why I found them--at Walmart)
They've made for some good reads in the hammock with my iced tea!

Just before our vacation I decided that I was going to read nothing but romantic fluff this season (Summer of Smut) and she was one of the books I grabbed in my mad dash through the romance section of Half Price books... "Dark Highlander" YUMMY!

Some of her lines cracked me up! She even hyped another of her books in this one - one of the heroine's favorites!
