I've been reading several posts of people who are trying to lose weight. I was just wondering if anyone would like to join me in doing a weight loss challenge - kindof like they do on Weight Watchers.
For example - I set a challenge for myself today of losing 10 lbs by Sept. 18 - Tablerock Fantasy Faire date. It's a short term goal that I think I can do. Dr. says I need to lose 50 pounds, but hat's just a little bit more than I can get my mind around.
Someone else might set an excercise challenge like "exercise 3x/week. Or whatever. Maybe just stay on your chosen plan each day.
We could check in with each other every day and support each other's goals. Any takers? Oh by the way - I'm on WW and try to stay as low starch as possible.
