Default NJ Medieval Festival - any thoughts?

    Hey all,

There is a Medieval Festival in northwest NJ later this month. Anyone interested in going? I know it doesn't look like your typical Ren Faire but it might be cool to check out. How does it sound?

    OCTOBER 24
    Waterloo Village; Stanhope, NJ
    FAMILY MEDIEVAL FESTIVAL
    Fee: $15 adult, $7child

    Time 11am-5pm
    Waterloo Village Concert Field
    Sponsor: Paladin Music & Entertainment

The Paladin Knight invites you to join him and his regiment at the Medieval Festival in the Mystical Land of Sidonex. See steel clashing sword fights by the troupe, Phoenix Swords, experience live Medieval demonstrations, costume and pumpkin carving contests, games of skill, arts and crafts vendors, speciality food, be serenaded by singers and amused by fools. All proceeds from program sales will go to the NJ Chapter of Make-A-Wish Foundation.

website: www.thepaladin.com then click on NJ Medieval Festival after entering the site.

I was planning on going to this, not in costume of course (I'd freeze). Hopefully I'll remember when it gets here.

Yeah, I know Phoenix. That's why I didn't x-post in the Local 9 Forum. I looked at the calendar and found it was the last day of PARF. Hope you have a good time
