Neverwinter Nights

Neverwinter Nights is my current addiction. I tend to play alone more often than not because of my nutty hours.

Oh oh! I play! I play! I stopped playing a couple months ago when we were moving, but now that the holidays are over, I'll be starting up again. I need my D&D fix somehow between weekly sessions.

I picked this up right before x-mas when I bought my new machine. I've been playing the main campgaign, but I've also been trying to master the toolset so I can create my own adventures.


Some aspects of NWN blow the old Baldur's Gate games away, such as the enhanced camera controls, but I don't understand why they put such severe limitations on party members (only one henchman at a time), and I prefer the way BG gave the player total control over all members of the party. But having said that, NWN is an awesome game experience. I haven't gone online with it yet, but I did get DSL installed at my house for just that purpse.

I beat all three packs, played them backwards too

The MU* that I help staff is buiding a mod around it.

I have not yet, but I am dying to! I've looked at it and it's just pretty, pretty, pretty...

A lot of my friends swear by it.
I've just been waiting to have a computer that could handle the game plus the expansion packs on it all at the same time. Now I have it!
(Except...NOW it seems I"m waiting on having the $$$ to get it! Ahh...life and it's irony! )

I've wanted to try it but just haven't gotten around to it yet. I've been replaying the Baldur's Gate games with different characters and trying to do more of the sub-campaigns. I figure that will keep my occupied until I get Neverwinter Nights.

Play it love it. I usually play a theif, Kender. Anyone want to play let me know. I already have a 20 + level Thief, and a varient of levels inbetween, I play online but no PK. They annoy me.
