Hmmm, interesting idea. I would, also tentatively, be interested.

    Dressmaker/costuming blogs perhaps?

Why we chose to become pinned?

    Or am I off-base still?
I think that's definitely closer! Maybe a garb blog that covers costume-making, faire favor ideas and showcases some good ones...

Anyone have any other ideas, and/or want to volunteer to write? (I don't know crap about making garb, so I'm SO not the gal for that one.)

I'll be glad to contribute my garb making adventures... few and far between as they are. I'm not a professional like Nikki and definitely not as long time seamstressing like Silverstah, but I'm happy to share what I've learned.

Also, topics like being your own wench would be helpful to the newcomers. Growing pains individuals have had in their Local as well as discovering just what sort of wench they are.

First thing that popped into my head was perhaps a blog for each local to use, (walk rules for that faire site, ribbon colors, all things pertinant to that particular local).

I would be interested - especially during the down months for me. We coudl do one on travel as well. Another idea would be one on education since so many of us are educators.
