Has anyone started making plans for a get together anytime soon

first off what is IIRC? and due to hooking up to the city sewer, my funds are extremely low, so i can not go anywhere that isn't at least within 30 or so miles of where i live.

I totally hear you on the funds thing. I am making $500/month less this school year due to budget crap with the school district I work in. While we'll try to get it within the distance you are requesting, there are some that will be coming from as far away as Spokane, and me from Wenatchee. I may be taking the train.

Kat, is that $50/person for the room? What does it include?

I believe it is $50.00 for the whole room. Not each. Not sure all of what it includes at this point. I think it is just the meeting space. I do seem to recall that Nina's fiance will need to be there if the room is gotten under his employee information. That will limit the days of availability. I will double check with her. I have to have as much advance notice as possible as Doug is in school now and I have to work around his schedule, plus having someone for my dad and there are several other things that I have going right now.


ETA: Confirmed. It is just for the room. It does not include food, or beverages or setup.
