? Curious what anyone might know, or have experience with. Probably should have asked afore I got one, but I got tired of me ( attitude, emotions, etc., ) this winter, so far. So I got one. Any opinions ?? ==j==

I don't have a light box, but a full spectrum lamp from Joanns fabrics. I definately prefer this kind of lighting, its so much better to read by; and I notice that I'm much happier using this than the regular lights.
